CHZ was built using insulated concrete forms (ICF), creating a strong, extremely energy efficient, and immensely quiet home. The 8-inch walls create a thermal mass maintain temperatures, requiring modest heating and cooling. Beyond extreme energy efficiency and comfort, the concrete used is an innovative mix that reduces carbon emissions by 50%.
