About the project

A family estate on 30 exquisite acres of pastoral farmland in Greenwich, CT.

This project is still under development, follow us on social media for updates.

Our Greenwich Equestrian Estate is a harmonious fusion of modern design and sustainable living. Conceived as a sanctuary for a young and growing family, the estate features an 11,000-square-foot main house and a 2,500-square-foot guest house, thoughtfully integrated into the landscape to enhance the natural beauty of its equestrian surroundings. The architectural design emphasizes openness and a profound connection to the outdoors, showcased by a grand two-and-a-half-story room with magnificent windows that frame sweeping pastoral views.

Constructed with a robust steel framework and XR 35 insulated concrete forms (ICF) block above grade, the residence exemplifies exceptional durability and energy efficiency. Exposed steel elements throughout the interior subtly reveal the home’s structural integrity while maintaining a minimalist aesthetic cherished by the architect.

Advanced geothermal systems, including 30 wells reaching 300 feet deep, provide radiant heating and cooling for the entire property, including the spa and pool, underscoring the estate’s commitment to sustainability. A sunken, full-size, subsurface-irrigated clay tennis court has been designed with ICF retaining walls to offer future adaptability, allowing for potential enclosure or structural development without altering the existing foundation.
