Built off-island, assembled with precision
On a Bahamian cay, every material arrives by water and skilled labour is limited. The structure is designed around three repeating precast panel types: convex, concave and flat. Manufactured off-island, the panels reduce formwork, improve finish control and create the faceted geometry without costly curved moulds. A form liner taken from excavated site stone gives the exposed concrete the texture and tone of cast limestone.
